Southern Ocean County, NJ — mainland, lagoons & Long Beach Island Free for homeowners — we're paid by the contractors, never by you
Southern Ocean FoundationsFoundations & Waterproofing
For local foundation & waterproofing crews

Get warm homeowner jobs across Southern Ocean County, NJ.

Homeowners here are dealing with wet crawl spaces, cracking foundations, failing bulkheads and flood elevation. When they ask for help, we send that job straight to a registered local crew — you claim the ones you want and keep the customer.

Free to start. No contracts, no monthly fees. We're paid by contractors on the leads they choose — and free while we get established.

How it works

Three steps. You stay in control.

1

Sign up & get verified

Tell us your business, the towns you cover, and the work you do. Send us your NJ registration and insurance. Once we've checked it, you're in.

2

We send you local jobs

A homeowner in a town you cover describes their problem. If it matches your work, the lead goes out — first crew to claim it owns it.

3

Claim it and keep it

You get their name, address, and description in their own words. You reach out directly. The customer is yours — we don't take a cut of the job.

Why crews sign up

Built for real foundation work.

Warm, real leads

A homeowner who's actively looking — not a cold list. They asked for help and expect a call.

Higher-value jobs

Encapsulation, underpinning, elevation, bulkheads. This isn't small work — a single job can be five figures.

Only your towns

You set the towns you'll travel to. You never get a lead two counties away.

Only your services

Elevation leads go only to HEC-registered crews. You get matched to work you're licensed for.

The customer is yours

We make the introduction and step back. What happens after is between you and them.

Free to start

No contracts, no monthly fee. Free while we get established, and you'll hear about any change in advance.

What we check

We verify every crew before sending work.

  • Your NJ Home Improvement Contractor registration is active with the Division of Consumer Affairs — we record the date we checked
  • A current certificate of insurance, with policy number and expiry
  • Workers' compensation coverage, or documentation of exemption
  • For elevation work: Home Elevation Contractor (HEC) registration specifically, which carries a higher insurance minimum. We don't send elevation jobs to HIC-only crews
  • For bulkhead and marine work: relevant waterfront permitting experience

No risk to try it

It costs nothing to get started.

We're new, and asking you to pay for leads from a marketplace with no track record would be a poor deal. Job referrals are free while we get established. When that changes, you'll hear it from us directly and in advance — never as a surprise invoice.

Straight answers

Questions crews ask.

What does it cost?

Nothing right now — free while we get established. Longer term we're paid per lead you choose to take, never a monthly fee or contract. You'll always know a price before you claim a lead.

How do I get the leads?

To your phone. When a matching job comes in, you get the details and can claim it. First crew to claim an exclusive lead owns it.

Do you take a cut of the job?

No. The referral is the whole transaction. Whatever you quote and collect from the homeowner is yours.

What if a lead is no good?

Tell us. A bad referral costs us more than it costs you — our reputation with crews is the only thing we have to trade on, so we want to hear it.

I only do crawl spaces / I only do elevation. Is that fine?

Yes. You pick your exact services and towns when you sign up, and you're only matched to work you're licensed and insured for.
