We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

How we vet the crews

Before any contractor receives a referral from us, we confirm their New Jersey registration or licensing and collect a current certificate of insurance, and we record the date we checked. These checks describe a moment in time and are not an endorsement — you should still satisfy yourself before hiring. See how it works for the detail.

How we're paid

Contractors pay us for referrals. Homeowners never pay us anything, and we take no part of what you pay a contractor. We have an interest in you contacting a contractor, and no interest in which one you choose or whether you hire them at all.
